MISSION STATEMENT
It is our mission to provide a client focused and professional sports occupation rehabilitation program, utilizing contemporary rehab therapy and equipment with qualified staff to meet the needs of the people served. Our patients and their family members, as well as referral sources, payers, and employers of our clients will receive prompt and courteous information regarding treatment, progress, and billing. Our facility is proud of the rehabilitation service it provides.

ETHICAL STATEMENT
It is the policy of Optimum Therapy, Inc. to conduct patient care, marketing practices, business practices, and personnel behavior in a manner supportive of our mission statement. All personnel are governed by the Optimum Therapy, Inc. human resources policy and procedures. Professional staff of the program are governed by their discipline specific Code of Ethics. Allegations of violations of the Code of Ethics will be referred to the Executive Manager for action.

PHILOSOPHY
The name "Optimum" was chosen because we believe as health care rehab providers that our goal is to return each client the the "optimum" level of function. We are focused on treating each client as an individual, therefor addressing their particular needs. Realizing that all injured individuals may not achieve their pre-injured status, we are dedicated to blending an appropriate dose of professional intervention with an unquantified mix of caring, compassion, and understanding to facilitate one's ability to achieve their optimum level of function expeditiously. We believe that our staff is of great value because of our commitment to excellence through teamwork. The benefit of our philosophy is multifaceted:
